Samsung i70 problem

Its been working fine but now it wont turn on?? It has some sort of lock on it but I'm on holiday and dont have the manual to hand, anyone know how to sort it??

IT SAYS in manual that camera will not work when its set to mp3 mode/try that. just purchased camera so not read whole manual yet
