Has anyone else had a problem with the firmware update for the Samsung HWC 770S 7.1 AV Receiver.
I downloaded and put the update (dated 12 May 2010), from the Samsung UK website on the AVR today, and would you believe it, my AVR will no longer switch on.
I downloaded the zip file and used the USB on the AVR, and followed the instructions to the letter.
Does anyone know of anyway to make this unit switch on again.
I have contacted Samsung UK, and the unit will have to be sent back for repairs.
So everyone should just be careful with this update.
