I'm currently looking into buying a 5.1 all-in-one system to go with my new(ish) Samsung 32" LCD TV (LE32N7) and have narrowed the choices down to 2 (mostly using the helpful posts on these forums): * the Samsung HTXQ100 at around £340 * the Panasonic SCHT855 at around £240 The Samsung of course goes best aesthetically with the telly, and both systems tick the boxes I am interested in (HDMI, optical in etc). However, now its decision time, and what I can't seem to deduce is what you are getting for the extra £100 for the Samsung? I've looked at various online shop site spec pages (unfortunately different shops - I couldnt find a shop that sold both for direct comparison) but am too much of a newb at this sort of thing to spot what the differences are with any confidence from what I have seen. Has anyone any experience with both systems, or has done the research themselves, that can give me a quick run-down of what the technical differences are and whether they are worth £100 in your opinion? Thanks.
