I currently have a Samsung HT-THX22, I have only used it a handful of times however the unit now cuts out after being used for a short period of time.

Its not heat related as I have even placed a laptop cooling fan underneath and this also happens when its stone cold.

However moving swiftly on to my question ;)

    What would you recommend.

    1. Have the unit repaired? (unknown cost)
    2. Replace the unit with a newer samsung model & keep the speakers?
    3. Replace the unit with another setup & keep the speakers?
    4. Replace everything for another setup.

Here are also a few little pieces of hardware I have been looking at.

    Blu-Ray Player - Sony S370 / S3570
    Media Player - HDI Dune / PCH / Mede8er
    Music - Sonos Z90

so do you think I would be best to go for option 4 & replace everything for another setup?

Thanks in advance for your response ;)
