Samsung HT-C460 sound

I have purchased Samsung Home Cinema System HT-C460 this system about week ago. Everything works well. The only problem is when I want to play audio from my tv connected via optical cable to the system (D.In function) I cannot use any sound buttons from the remote (PL II, DSP/EQ, P.Bass). Do u have the same problem? thanks for help!

Just a longshot
Check that the remote button DVD Receiver/TV is set correctly

Check this button's LED colour.
Home Cinema operation : Orange
TV operation: Green
So to change Amp settings it needs to be Orange

This is set up correctly.
The mentioned problem occurs only with certain divx movies played on my TV through external hd. it is probably some coding/region problem as other things works fine.
