had to reset as the touchscreen wasn't working as it should and since then the phone won't connect to a make a call or send a message.
i've made sure that netowrk connections are set to automatic.i've tried to update it using "kies" but apparently the phone cannot be updated using this.
tried the "pc studio" too and that doesn't seem to work
any ideas?
