samsung galaxy tab help with set up please.

I've purchased a samsung galaxy tab, i've had a bit of a play with it, but i've tried to download some apps from, play shop i'm logged in with my gmail account but each and every app i try to download i just get this error,

'could not download dur to an error.(-101)

Anyone any ideas in english please as not very technical

For those who are having problem on downloading apps from play store and showing error 921 or -101, this is the sure win solution!

First
Go to Settings>Apps>All>Google Play Store>Clear Cache & Clear Data


Then
Go to Settings>Accounts & Sync>*your google account*> click menu (the three dots)> Remove Google Account


Finally
Add your Google Account again. DONE!

thanks for that, just deleting my google mail e-mail address and re entering it has worked. I can now download apps

except

i've tried to download what's app, but it says my system is not compitable with this.

any ideas on this one please.
