    Hi there

Wondered if anyone could help me please?

My friends S4 mini was dropped, but no damage done to the screen. But when you attempt to turn it on, it just shows the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini GT-19195 boot up screen and doesn't do anything else?

I have turned it on by pressing Volume up AND power AND home buttons and get the ODIN MODE screen.

Do i need to download Odin to re-install the software or is there anything else i can do please?

Sorry but would appreciate any help as i'm an iOS user (sorry!!!)

Yep, use Odin to flash the firmware again if that helps but it does sound as there is internal damage. Dropping a phone would not kill the software unless it damaged the hardware inside.
