On my Samsung 32" Freeview TV I am having a problem with some channels re-numbering themselves after I have already moved them to different LCN's. It only happens on Channel 5+1, Challenge and Food Network. After I put them in the order I want, these three channels keep reverting back to their traditional LCN's. But it only happens with these 3 channels, everything else stays where I put it. Is anyone else experiencing this with a Samsung set? I have other TV's in the house connected to Freeview (Sony, LG, Acoustic Solutions, Hitachi and Bush) and neither of them are doing it, only this one Samsung TV. Any ideas?

No-one? Maybe my TV is dodgy then, but seeing as it's about 2 years old, what are the chances of getting it fixed?

Should be no problem, although you'll have to pay if you've only got a 12 months guarantee.

It seems to be a software problem, so who do I contact about getting it fixed, Samsung directly? What can they do for software problems, or will the whole thing need replaced?
