samsung f9000 one connect box running extremely hot

is there a fix from Samsung to stop my one connect box from running so hot? I would appreciate
some advise,samsung say that if an engineer is sent out to me,and says no fault found,i will be
charged a call out fee,thank you

just found this : from Samsung UE55HU8500 (HU8500) 4K TV Review

The 2014 version of One Connect box has been beefed up, even though it takes up less footprint width-wise. Upon powering up the TV we immediately noticed a soft, whirring fan noise emanating from the box – Samsung informed us that they’ve fitted a fan this year due to several complaints of last year’s One Connect box running overly hot.

TAZCAB,thank you very much for your info,one would wonder if Samsung are upgrading my 2013 one connect box?if so,at what cost!my f9000, is only 7 moths old.and in my opinion.not fit for purpose.as I have ever yet seen any 4k res,

just come to a deal with retailer to get a UE55HU8500 set for my F9000 look at thread "Help Samsung F9000 4K TV UE55F9000STXXU | AVForums" but i have to give £500+ to him to get it good old Samsung
if he had of give me a new F9000 i would have still had to spend out £400 more to get a new upgraded one connect box with hdmi 2 and hevc h265 so i went for the new Hu8500 comes in two weeks

I would not touch Samsung as a company again, they gave me the wrong information and now have ceased replying to m.
