Samsung F8000 issues

Hi all, We have an F8000 and use a Samsung 3TB HDD to record to.

If we have set a program to record, at 20:00 for example, it starts, and all works well. then at 20:10 I open the TV guide, and change channel to watch something else, the recording stops....

Has anyone come across this problem?

Yes, it has a twin tuner. I was watching a program on channel 1 at 20:00 and had set up a recording on channel 2 at 20:10. This works perfectly. But as soon as I open the guide it seems to forget what it is recording
