Samsung DVD-HD945 and Pioneer plasma?

    Anyone using the above combo? I am interested in the results via HDMI. Do these units work together well? what is the picture like?

    Dont mean to be smart or anything, but the Samsung is DVI only. I think you cant go wrong with DVI or HDMI. Just make sure with DVI that the cable runs arent huge.

    I don't think anybody's got a HD945 yet - still a few weeks away as far as I know.

    its HDMI not DVI on the 945 and there are different line formats supported by different makes with upscaling and downscaling and whole lotta stuff I dont really understand thats why I am asking

    HDMI is DVI with sound...
