Samsung CEC setting

Hi all , are there any CEC settings on the Samsung TV that has an option to not send the shutdown signal to HDMI-CEC devices ? Asking as I have a Mi box connected to a RU7100 and it shuts down when tv is turned off but does no turn back on when tv is restarted , all when using the TV remote .
