Samsung Bd-p1400 Hack

Can n e 1 help me im looking 4 a hack 4 the Samsung BD-P1400. Thinkin bout buying this model if i can make it multi regional till the release of the 5000/5500 model

Any hacks for normal DVDs on this model yet?

Doesnt look likely there will be one. I too have the BD-P1400 and its locked on Region 1 for standard dvds. Also have the HD-A30KU which appears to be the only HDDVD player that can't be region-free too

My hd-a30 out of box regionfree from toshiba US specs..........won't play Pal.....only Ntsc all regions.

I bought this dvd player about 2 weeks ago
i was hoping that the info i found on amazon would
work with the blue ray dvd player

How i got my region 1 dvd to play on this player.

I used anydvd
http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvd.html

and neroburning rom software just used the copy dvd
used 8.5 dual layer disks

now region free and will play on any dvd player
