Samsung BD-H6500 3D Blu-ray Player picture problem

    Hi, i recently bought a Samsung BD-H6500 3D Blu-ray Player, everything works perfectly but on some movies the picture is just horrible, it's not clear at all does anybody else has the same problem and how can I fix it

    DVDs, Blu-rays or both? What are the symptoms?

    I've only tried with blu rays, the picture is just horrible the pixels are big, it's the kind of picture you'll get from a vhs not a blu ray

    Hmmm....not sure, but on my F6500 I found that having "BD-Wise" active messed up the resolution for non-BD content (BDs played perfectly though).

    Try disabling BD-Wise, and force the output format to always be 1080p, with 24p content set to automatic (from what I can remember). That gave me consistent (and excellent) results across the board, but it might depend on your TV.

    It's not the tv and I tried to change the bd-wide as well and no success

    Check all resolution settings and maybe perform auto set up again...
