Samsung 65" The Frame LS03A 4K QLED (2021) white clouds on bright scenes

Hi,

Just bought a new Samsung the frame 2021 4k 65" TV. For some reason when tv is displaying bright scenes and especially white scenes there are 3 clearly visible clouds that are vertical. It is showing on both nvidia shield as source and when using the own tv smart apps. I know that white clouds are common on old TVs when displaying dark scenes but this is something different.

Please tell me this is not normal? I have tried to calibrate it away to no luck. See picture for reference, these clouds are visible when watching sports like fotball also. I am evaulating if I should return it.

Looks like the dreaded dirty screen effect. Has been quite common with Samsung LCD TVs last few years. if it is bothersome in everyday usage, you should ask for a replacement or a warranty fix.

Ok thanks for the reply. I will try to get a replacement as it is very annoying and in the middle of the screen.
