I just recently purchased a Sumsung LE46B650 and I have to say I am very disappointed with the quality of the picture when viewing TV from Sky +. Background images appear out of focus and blurry, the colours are too harsh and glaring, there appears to be pixelation and ghosting on fast camera motion. Interestingly on some broadcasts (not just channels) the quality is fine.
I have checked all cables and they are secure. I have checked the firmware version and it appears to be the most recent. I also notice that some options in the menus are unavailable such as the whole channel menu is unavailable, also Best Fit in Screen size is unavailable.
Can you please advise on how I should proceed next. The details of the TV are below:
