Hi, i have saw people on here saying to disable digital clean view and mpeg noise filter, my question is why have these off if the purpose to have them on is to make the picture better, i currently have them set to auto, just looking a reason to why they should be turned off as suggested here. Cheers

Those features are only needed if you have a noisy or poor picture to begin with. Otherwise they will actually make the picture quality worse and therefore should be kept off/disabled.

Why not just look at the picture and toggle between all 3 settings and leave it at the setting that looks right to you?... Not what others suggest.

I have Black Tone to 'off' as this is supposed to give a more accurate reproduction of whatever is displayed by the tv. However if your eyes prefer a different setting then go with that!

asking a question in the middle of the working day is not the best time for a quick reply, please bear this in mind.

I get that - if I had the same TV and had changed the settings to my preferences, I'd gladly list those settings for you to try, and you might find they are good for you too, or find they aren't so good.

But at the end of the day, it boils down to what you like to see after playing with the settings. But I understand, it's nice to get a set of basics to start from, and build from there
