It's in the Feb issue of the Sky mag.

£100 per month for 3 years free credit is getting there.

Or can you,I assume so,get another cheaper Plasma with free credit?

This would be the same samsung you can get in dixons/currys for 3k with a years interest free credit. The deal you mention may have free credit over three years but they have just upped the price instead of charging for credit. You could get a loan for 3k over 3 years and it would not cost you £600 in interest so you'd be better off getting it from dixons or better still get a 0% credit card and then you can buy from wherever you like.

Having thrown the magazine away I cannot recall exactly but I am sure the Sky offer also included a DVD/VCR combi. Not suggesting this makes it a great deal but there's definately more to it than the screen.

well you don't get a dvd player or vcr with the dixons one but for the saving you could add your own rather.

It's nearly always better to separate the finance from the product to get the best deal and the best choice.

Remember £3k is still £3k - I'd want to see that the combination of display and DVD/VHS being offered actually produced good sound and vision; I doubt very much that the person who put this deal together has actually seen these things working as a system.

    Best regards

    Joe
