Afternoon all, I have a ue46c7000 set, with the free glasses, battery powered, and today they dont work, i mean the red power light lights up, and flashes 3 times when u switch them off, but the lens does not operate, i have tried on blops, and have tried different settings on the tv, but nothing, so went and bought some new batteries, the glasses power up, but the lens does not change colour, i mean the tv is broadcasting 3d i think.....

    can anybody help me????:lease:

No, im 99% sure its the glasses, ive just managed to select play in 3d on motorstorm, and its blurred to hell, but the glasses dont pick up this signal, blops was blurred and had to select 3d>2d to see what i was doing, so back in 3d mode, again glasses dont pick up the 3d signal....

I had 3 samsung tvs, 2 had problems with the the 3d. The first 40c8000 would loose sync with glasses. The second 46c8000 the 3d lasted 10 mins and i had the same symptoms as you. I contacted a samsung repair agent only to be told the board needs replacing as they get corrupted. Get the tv swapped asap:smashin:
