Samsung 32ins CRT

HI All

I have just bought a smasung 32ins crt model WS32Z306V and i'm having problems with the sound.
I am getting alot of crackling though the speakers on most channels.
Do'es anyone have this tv with the same problem and if so how did you sort it out?

Any help would be great

If your set is brand new and you are getting crackling noises and your aerial is okay........I think your first port of call should be the shop you bought it from.
