Samsung 32H6400 or Sony 32W705?

3D isn't a deal breaker so it would just be an extra if I wanted to use it if I bought the Samsung.

I watch mainly blu-ray, Netflix and Lovefilm and some gaming. I'm really torn between these two TV's and need some help in deciding.

So...which should I get?
