Does anyone know Samsung's Policy on dead pixels i recently bought a Samsung 2032Bw
last month on amazon. Ive noticed 2 dead pixels in the lower right hand corner of the monitor within an inch of each other. There greenish and only really stand out in black or dark backgrounds, Its a great monitor and my first lcd one shame I've already got problems. :(

Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I think samsung operates the usual ISO class 2 dead pixel policy - which means on a 20" screen you need to have 4 black pixels, 4 white pixels or 10 sub-pixels (red, blue or green) before they have to replace it.

I tried to check their webpage but it's pretty useless and stopped loading for me about half way through.
