Does anyone have any experience of these powered speakers?

Also curious when a speaker becomes a monitor and v.v.?

A monitor is supposed to be a studio speaker used for "monitoring" recordings

Just got them, and the're surprisingly good! Especially since you can get them for £200 off the internet.

They're obviously going to take a while to run in but after playing around with the positioning for a couple of hours I'm impressed. They make your foot tap and are amazingly clear.

    Thumbs up from me :smashin:

I got a 120a sub too, which is somewhat less impressive, but what can you expect from a £180 sub!

Edit: They do hum a bit, but that may be down to my dodgy wiring. There's still a noticable hiss even when I unplug the input cable though.
