I own a Sagem and until the engineer boy comes and fixes my set, I will love Samsung more.

NOISE ON HDTV! Can you believe that?! Only a Sagem can do that... 1080i HDTV stuff with Noise ALL over it.

Do you use a satellite box or a PC for 1080i

None of the above - go and audition the sets before you part with that amount of money.

I agree with Chumpy. Look at all the sets before parting with your cash. I went out for a Sagem and ended up walking away with a very nice Samsung SP46L6HX, which in my eyes blew the opposition away. Don;t be afraid to make the sales people work for their money ;)

Native Resolution. I know what I am doing especially when it comes to PCs...

The Sagem is a Noisy Noisy.

The picture is unprocessed in native resolution - the noise is coming only from the source. I have no problems with my Sagem showing SD via DVI from PC

If you can only see the problem when watching 1080i and its fine on the Windows Desktop, watching DVD’s then there is nothing wrong with the Sagem.

It’s a problem with your software/codec

Sagem and Samsung are deffo the leaders of the DLP pack, but, always audition and make up your own mind.
