    Hi.

Bought a SAGEM ITD64 Freeview box off ebay no manual or box, told it works 100%

Anyway got today, tried it out this evening, cannot get any reception what
    so ever.

Flicking through with handset i get the following come up on screen.

    Problem in signal reception

No data availble for this channel

    Please check your areial antenna

Check cable on your box input then check your box

Tried everything, but i did I've come across something called Installation code on screen, do i need to put in a code number to make it work?

    Anyone got any ideas?

I have emailed the seller, still awaiting responce.

The box simply requires tuning to your local transmitter.
The "code number" is a simple child lock to prevent tampering and the default code on all Sagem boxes is 1234...once you are in the installation menu you can change the code to 0000 (4 noughts) and it won't ask you for a code again...do an auto-tune by pressing the "OK" button...sorted.
