I'm very happy with my HD picture though this is with the standard sky issue cable - has anyone here tried a more expensive cable with theirs and found an improvement.

I wouldn't have thought the difference would be noticeable unlike a poor to good scart lead?

Provided you're not getting any picture breakup or sound dropouts with your current cable, there will be no difference.

There are only 10 ways that digital transmission cables operate, they work, or they don't!

There aren't any more. There are only 10: it works or it doesn't.

    Almost :)

10 = 2 written in binary (and digital traffic is binary).
