Sacrt lead/adapter help

I have recently purhcased a new sony tv & cinema system. I am using an hdmi connector, plus a composite scart from tv back to the cinema system so that I can use the cinema speaker system for tv broadcasts.

My problem is that the scart lead going into the cinema system is very robust, and consequently it is sticking out in an unsightly way, and cannot be hidden behind the equipment.

Is there any sort of scart adapter on the market that I can plug into the cinema system, which will then allow me to connect the composite scart the other way round (i.e. upside down), in order that the cable will be hidden?

Alternatively, is there a "flat" cable version of the one below that I have found that I could use instead?
