Well, after many months of deciding which way to go on the receiver and speaker front, I've finally settled on the Sony DB790. The reveiws both in the press and on this forum have swung it. However the choice of speakers is far more difficult. The problem is I'm on a tight budget (£300-£400 max) and I want a 5.1 sub sat system that not only sounds great for cinema, but that can take advantage of my Sony NV900 SACD capabilties. The question is, do any of the cheaper packages cover the wide band of frequencies needed for SACD or at this price level should I not be worrying about that and just go for the best available.
My initial interest are in the Elac Cinema range, the Mission FS1 and maybe the cheepest KEF or new Infinity if they ever come down in price.

Your thoughts and advice are as always much appreciated.
