I want to connect my Marantz dv 9600 DVD Player to my Denon 4306 to play SACD music.

The Marantz has an i-link connection and the 4306 has the Denon Link.

Can I connect the DVD player to my 4306 by connecting the I-link to the Denon Link or are they different connections? Otherwise my only other option is use the analogue connections or is there any other way?

Thanks.

Hi

They're different so you'll need to connect via analog. Only other way is to buy an Amp with I-link or a Denon player with Denon Link...

Thanks Jase.

I am very happy with both DVD player and amp and no wish to change at the moment so I will have to connect via analogue.
