S301 Set UP issues

Hi

I just bought a SOny 40W2000 / Denon s301 - I am also connecting Sky into the mix.

As a newbie to home cinema I am struggling to get the S301 to use the HDMI cable ( connected to AV4 on the Sony ) to show DVD's. Any idea what I am doing wrong. The whole thing works fine if I only use a scart lead

I know this sounds a trifle silly, but did you tell the S301 to use the HDMI output?
