I have just purchased a pair each of Mission 781,s abd JPW A3,s.
Can you advise which would be best for fronts and rears.
The Missions are not sheilded, not sure about the JPW,s. Assuming both are not how close to the TV could I put them without interference.
Both are bi-wirable. I am thinking to bi-wire the fronts and single wire the rears as the sound is not so demanding from them - what do you think.
Finally, will a bit of fuse wire etc be ok to connect the two sets of connects on the speakers when going from bi-wiring to single wire as the original connects are missing.

I don't know the JPW's so it's difficult for me to say. At a guess I'd use the 781's as fronts cos I know they're a pretty good speaker. If you can bi wire the rears, do so, but if you want to single wire them for the sake of the cable cost and bulk of the cable, then I understand.

You can experiment a little with their "closeness" to the TV, if you see a purple/green colouring on your screen when you place the speaker near, the they're not shielded. Move them away from the set until this effect is not visible, then a tiny bit more if you can just to make sure.

If you haven't any connectors for the terminals, then use some speaker cable between them, this works fine. Obviously the better quality cable, the better really.
