Running in settings for Pioneer 436XDE ?

What are you guts using for all of your settings for the running in period of approx 200 hours ? I really wanna make sure i dont cause any damage to this lovely screen !! :lease:

Firstly I'd go 3-400 hours. I can't remember the settings, but I would make sure you are in standard/normal mode and drop the brightness and contrast as low as you can find acceptable. Once the phosphurs in the pixels have had some good easy work you can start upping it to the known levels of excellence. Maybe even get it ISFed.
