"Running in" my plasma

Hi

Have had my tv (LG PK350) for nearly a year now.
I did not know about this "running in" malarky until just recently.
Am i too late to do it?
Do i need to do it?
What if i don't do it?

I have downloaded the "break in" images, so all i have to do is put them on a USB and do a photo loop on them?

Running a plasma screen in is recommended for the first approx 200hrs of use so there would be no point doing it on a 1yr tv unless it hasnt been used.
