    Hey all,

I've just ordered a plasma which is going to be mounted above my fireplace. In order to hide the cables i need to drill a hole through some brick work which allows me to run the cables round the corner out of sight.

However how do you fit a Scart lead through a reasonably small hole? Can you buy scart cables which can be dismantled and fed through a hole and then reassembled?

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Easiest thing is to remove a brick, then put it back in after feeding cables. Shouldn't be difficult to lay it back in!

Unfortunately the bricks are part of a chimney stack and the direction the hole for the cables need to go prevents bricks being removed.

The whole being drilled will be approx. 15-20cm in length.

QED SQARTS can be 'dismantled' - you end up with the termination block attached to the cable which you can pass through a 'smallish' hole and then reassemble the SCART hood on the other side of the wall.

    Best regards
