I leave for Offshore tomorrow morning for 3 weeks lol
Don't you've internet on the rig?
GM historically isn't released until there is a keynote
My source was lying lol
Yes but wifi is so slow
Any news on new updates?
We're all looking forward to 10th Sept. iOS 7 might be released on that day
My guess would be keynote 10th, iOS General release 17th, new phones 20th
Don't they usually do the keynote, and then say the new iOS is "available today"?
Only noticed that with keynotes that refer to Betas for devs. I'm sure last year ios 6 dropped the week after the keynote and a few days before the new hardware was delivered.
Ahh, been a while since I watched one, just remember them saying "and it is available... Today" at the end
Is iOS 7 releasing today?
I reckon they will release GM to devs and it will go public next Tuesdayish
Can't see it being released on the day it's announced.
As said above, more than likely next week I'd say.
GM is out now.
It's on the developer site- you have to log in. I'm sure it will be on download sites later.
UDID registered but not developer, will hang on.
I'm downloading now - will get the iPad updated aswell.
Which one so I need for an iphone 4 - A1332
Sorry if it's already been answered, but when does the official iOS7 release come out?
18th, usually around 6pm our time
Thanks mate, just didn't wanna trawl through looking for it
To those of u that r Dev's? How has iOS been running on the iPhone 5?
It's great on the 5 - not updated to GM yet but it runs quickly.
Thats good to know Is battery life any better?
If we're doing a Q&A then could someone answer if the dropping of WiFi has been fixed while streaming or downloading large sized apps?
Also is there still a file size download limit while using 3G/4G?
Not noticed any different yet.
Somone on Twitter has said they think iOS 7 on the iPhone 5 is laggy ?
Anyone confirm this?
Gets the thumbs up from RP
