Home alone, brought food and some cosy blankets to the sofa.
Prepared the speakers (Toe in) and popped tonights rental DVD in the player.
Monsters Ball R2. Bastard DVD won't play!!!
After the DolbyDigital intro, there's a language selection, when I select a language. the player reboots and I get there again and again and again.....

I was really looking forward to see this film... God damn it! I'm so mad!

...Now, I should have that bottle somewhere, hmm?!?

Sorry to hear that. I may take a hammering for this but in my opinion, you didn't miss much.

try cleaning it, the amount of crud and scratches on the play side of rental discs is sometimes amazing.

Belive me, I've tried cleaning it.... However I have another movie too; "The Others". Too late and too scary to watch it though so I'll surf the web until daylight. Then I can watch it :)

OK OK, I'm a Sissy, but I'm all alone here and it's dark allright?

    It's not scary at all.

If you want to be scared, watch Signs (that made me jump out of my skin about 3 or 4 times ) or Jeepers Creepers (I had to run to the toilet after the movie )

Went to the cinema to see signs, is a good jumper definitely. Especially when you have a cowering blonde sitting next to you cutting off the blood supply to your fingers.

I can't tell you why I found it scary as I'd ruin the movie for those who haven't seen it... but I have a thing about those types of movies

Didn't bother me second time round though :)

    Monsters Ball sounds quite scary.

The idea of frightening creatures dancing makes me nervous

are u serious:confused: OK i guess so why would u post it otherwise. Fair enough I was scared ****less. I'll give signs a try though.

As for the remake. I was gonna buy the R1 but it seems it's pretty barebones so I might wait for the SE if there will be one.

Yeah, deadly serious I'm afraid. Was yawn central as far as I was concerned, up until the point I fell asleep. Not the kind of movie to get to me. We all have our own demons however :)

Shouldn't you be hibernating at this time of year anyway, clutching your warm nuts?
