    hi ,

I have just collected my new yamaha 759se and ma rs fx speakers.I am recabling the entire system as well so am busy in todays heat.

Question is what way should i mount the fx pair,on the rear wall or sides.I have a converted roof space so looking back down the room from the screen you can see the back wall is triangler shaped.room has a vaulted ceiling so if i mount on the side walls they will be at ear height close to listening position.
the preferred position i think is the rear wall but how high and how close together.

    cheers for any ideas:smashin:

Either could work well, I prefer speakers on side walls behind and slightly above my head.

If I were you I would experiment before settling on a position. (and then tell me, because Im looking to get a pair of these lol)

    Nice one.

It really is worth trying out different speaker positions, they can sound so much better with experimentation.

If you could let me know how you get on and what you think to the RS sfx I would be greatfull.
