Rovi totalguide on Panasonic DMR-BWT720 Europe via Viera Connect

I have recently started using the panasonic dmrbwt720eb and am having difficulty getting the 'ROVI TOTALGUIDE' to function within 'Vierra Connect'.

It says 'Sorry we cannot load you favourite guide. Please contact customer support'. With a hash tag of #12345 at the bottom.

Has anyone else seen this? Know how to rectify this? Is this a network problem?

Any help would be appreciated?

I'm also having this problem. Has anyone reported the problem to Panasonic and found a solution?

I have tried to check all connections and no change to the status of this issue.

Very strange, guess will have to ask panasonic through an email. No change in your machine I take it?
