I'm about to replace an old Yammy sub and I've more of less decided to go with a MJ Acoustics Pro 50 (£300), but I've been told the Pro 50 isn't suitable for anything but the smallest of rooms (because of its 50w amp) and have been guided towards its 100w bigger brother the Pro 100.

My room its 17ft x 13ft, and I plan on having the sub at the front-right of my lounge (furthest from my seating position), what do current owners think, will it cope without flapping and clipping or should I double my spend on the Pro 100 ?

    Thanks
