Hi, after all the watch deals going on I have decided I would also like to acquire a Rolex Submariner, cash is waiting but will need to come with all paperwork and with evidence of recent Rolex service to establish authenticity or will want the ability to have serviced to confirm it.

Submariner with date preferred but willing to consider non-date or other model.

    Thanks
    Pete

Please be advised, all buyers and sellers should satisfy themselves that the other party is genuine by providing the following via PM to each other after negotiations are complete and prior to dispatching goods and making payment:
    1) Landline telephone number. Make a call to check out the area code and number are correct too!
    2) Name and address including postcode
    3) Valid e-mail address (no disposable addresses such as @gmail or @yahoo for example).

DO NOT proceed with a deal until you are completely satisfied with all details being correct. It's in your best interest to check out these details yourself.
Also we advise that the vendor post images of the items for sale. This helps your sale by showing the condition of the goods prior to dispatch.

Thanks, but a little too close to retail for me, was standing in Zurich airport earlier and the price tag was 7000CHF which is 5000GBP, am hoping to oick one up similar to the last couple that have been posted on the forum.
    Thanks again
    Pete

No probs. You won't find any sub c here for £5000 though. ;)

    Good luck with the search!

It's a 16610, stainless with date. Serviced in the last 5 years although I have nothing to prove this.

N serial number which makes it a 1991 model.

Comes with papers, anchor, wallet, booklet and a calendar.

It seems the exchange rate has lowered prices recently so I value it at £3.3k.

I c an't upload a picture at present as it keeps telling me that the upload has failed.

Picture and a little movement on price could see a deal done on this.
    Thanks
    Pete

Or at the very least a picture to start.

    Thanks

I just let a 116610LV go for under £5k, fully boxed with cash receipt.

I do have a Black Dial 116333 d/just I shall be selling in a week or two if that would be of any interest? Purchased last year, fully boxed with the receipt showing £7,210 (I believe before the price increase).

If you might be interested in that over a sub let me know and I'll upload a pic with a price.

If not a sub is a great watch, loved mine for the brief time I had it.

    Hi Pete,

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunantely I lost a family member very suddenly on Sunday so things have been a bit hectic this week.

I have asked the wife to e-mail me some pictures of the watch and documents although it will be phone camera pics so probably not the best and once I have them I will upload them.

    Cheers

Very sorry to hear that. Obviously there are things more important than gadgets and bling. Take your time.

    Hi Pete,

Really sorry for taking so long but I have had to spend the last 3 weeks out of the country due to the family issue. Finally managed to get some pics of the watch up however it is not in as good condition as I remember it being - there are two smallish scrapes on the casing (non crown side) a couple of mm each but can be seen without looking too hard

I am going to look into getting it refurbished or repaired to bring it back up to mint condition but for the time being I am going to withdraw it from sale.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
