From the ABD site:

A protest is being held against road pricing plans in Reading.

Details from the organiser Ian Wernham:

Meet outside Pizza Hut, next to the Riverside Multi-Storey Car Park at 10am on Saturday 7th April.

The Riverside car park is on the south bank of the river:

Pizza Hut is to the right (east) of the round building.

We will then move to Broad St to hand out leaflets and ask people to sign our petition against Road Pricing. If enough people turn up we can also have a couple putting leaflets on car windscreens in the car parks in the town centre and few more could go out to the shopping plazas off the A33 Basingstoke Rd for both leaflet distribution and petition signing. We may have an MP or an MEP turning up, but no confirmation as yet.

END.

If you live in the Reading area and can spare a couple of hours on the day, how about it? Let's show this grasping, anti-freedom government that we won't be pushed around!
