Ring Battery Outdoor Camera

We have six Ring Battery Outdoor Cameras. They all have strong WiFi signals. Nevertheless, we lose contact with some of them on occasion. We can not connect via Live View and the Dashboard will not update. It is not always the same camera(s), so I don't think it is a specific camera that is the problem. The cameras spontaneously return. Ring support has not been of much help. Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

How close are your neighbours? If your neighbours have SkyQ that maybe the problem. The Sky Q boxes often Max their Wi-fi output bleeding over other Wi-fii and knocking neigjbouts off their own network. My next door neighbours sky q Wi-fi used to kill two of my Ubiquiti APs randomly as they never used to be on full power. I tried changing channels but it seems like the SkyQ boxes hop, channel. My only solution was to set all of my APs on max, now it doesn’t happen.
