    I'll say:thumbsdow

Has anyone ordered anything from their website? It seems like EVERYTHING is reserved for in-store customers. I mean even stuff that says you can buy on-line now:suicide:

Every page has a disclaimer saying the product is "in-store priority" even though it says its in stock above it.

I personally would probably not buy over the net with Richer Sounds, i've heard after sales advice or queries arn't too good and that e-mail is a hard way to talk to them...so seeing them face to face you can ask all your questions then...

In fact I want all my Hi-Fi equipment testing before I spend alot of money from now on...
If it's not expensive enough to justify a test Eg/ Cable or stands then I'm sure they'll be cheaper elsewhere...

I'd go along with that ... their website is a shambles IMO, badly laid out, useless information generally, everything seems to be "Temporarily out of stock" or "In-store preferred", don't know why they bother with an on-line store. :thumbsdow

Bought a stand for my plasma via the website as none available in shops.

Came very quickly, but not to my liking and so returned.

Collected free of charge and full refund.

    Could not fault service.

Was also more than pleased with the service I received in the shop when purchasing the plasma.

Can only speak as I find and I am picky, but could not fault the service and helpful staff, just the time queuing up in the store to buy my goods.

But worth the wait, for the price I got on my plaza.

Lets not forget what Richer Sounds do best.

If you want to pay full price for the latest offerings, go elsewhere.

Of you want bargains, cheap warranties and a little inconvenience, go to Richer Sounds.

As they say, you pay your money and take your choice.

never bought from their website, but have inshop - no problems really, just the wait to be served as they are 90% of the time chocca-block

Heh cassell, what plasma did you get then - in the market for one ourselves :)

    cheers
    Gary

Bought the Toshiba, but Richer Sounds now offering the Panasonic at £100 less than the Tosh. Assume because the new model is out.
Haven't seen the mark 6 Panny, but more than happy with my mark 5 clone.

    Cheers

    Alan
