Richer sounds customer service

I just thought I would big up richer sounds customer service, about 2 weeks ago I decided to treat myself to a new panasonic 55dt65 which when it arrived had shocking banding so they swooped it for another one, which also had bad banding and also the bottom of the screen wasn't connected they have said I can swap it for another for a 3rd time or change to another tv, I decided to change to a sony kdl55w829 when it comes into stock and they are letting me keep this one until the new one comes into stock.

Good to hear, I noticed they're now offering a free 5 year warranty on TV's - like John Lewis. Not sure how long they've been doing that.

Massive fan of Richer Sounds. Bought most of my gear from my local Bristol store over the last 25 years. Had nothing but great service !!!
