    VGA to VGA or
    VGA to RGBHV

    Many thanks

    Ron,

I know the socket is often referred and named as VGA but it's actually an HD15 to HD15.

I'd say that if you're using a PJ that has BNC sockets for the RGBHV then an HD15 to 5 BNC would be ideal. If the RGBHV sockets are phono sockets then you might want to stck with HD15 at both ends.

    Hi Gordon

My projector is a JVC DLA G15 Dila projector

It does have BNC sockets for the RGBHV, as well as YUV (BNC) and HD15

I just didn't know what would produce a superior picture from a HCPC of the 3 options

    Many thanks

AFAIK VGA (HD15) carries RGBHV. Thus I would think it merely depends on what connection you have at the source and what cable you are going to use ...

    Thanks Guys

I have a cheap reasonable quality HD15 to HD15 coming I might just get a HD15 to RGBHV as well to do a side by side comparison and let you know what I think

    Many thanks
