Assuming I get the latest Sky+ Digibox and use the SCART socket in RGB mode to connect with my Sony TV's RGB sokcet will everything work given my TV is NTSC only ?

I am led to believe RGB is independant of any PAL/NTSC issues.

A NTSC only telly with a scart socket, never seen one of them, what conutry was a built for?

I honestly do not know if it would work but regardless of it's capability of accepting RGB via scart the basic spec would indicate that it's still a PAL 50hz input not a NTSC 60hz. A PAL telly made in the last 20 odd years can handle NTSC, it's rare for a NTSC telly to support PAL.

Unless it's a multi system one, it won't. You can get it modified by a TV repair shop though. Not sure what cost would be.
