rgb to vga versus component yuv

    have arcam dv27 connected to pioneer pdp502mxe with pda5002 video box via component video , would it be better picture with a rgb to vga converter(from rgbtosvideo.com £120)using the rgb output from the arcam to the vga connector on the pioneer

    John's convertor is a great box, but I'd be surprised if you saw much difference between component and RGB to VGA.

    Best image quality from the DV27 is going to come from PAL progressive via component I would have thought.
