rgb scart

I bought a 37" lcd acoustic solutions tv from argos last week.

I cant find any info on whether the tv is rgb scart enabled on either scart socket. no mention in the manual, tv settings or on the customer help line.

Is there a way of testing if it can display rgb scart?

The first scart is usually the RGB one. Way to test is to turn RGB on and off in the playing device. If there is no difference then the scart is not RGB.

thats a good idea... many thanks.

i take it all 21 pin scart leads are rgb?

Also is the difference between rgb & pal easily noticeable?

A fully wired Scart lead can do RGB. The difference between RGB and PAL (I assume a SKY box) is noticable.
