I have just bought a new SONY KD-28DX200 with RGB scart inputs - to be hooked up to a Nak DVD-10s - also with marked RGB scarts. Using a Russ Andrews RGB/RGB Scart - the picture is sheered and scrolls at 45° as if the H&V holds are out. Switching back to an old Procon Scart lead - picture is fine. The AV expert at RA has just 'left for pastures new' and they don't really know what the problem could be. Is likely to be a set-up issue with the TV - or a faulty cable?
