I have just bought a new SONY KD-28DX200 with RGB scart inputs - to be hooked up to a Nak DVD-10s - also with marked RGB scarts. Using a Russ Andrews RGB/RGB Scart - the picture is sheered and scrolls at 45° as if the H&V holds are out. Switching back to an old Procon Scart lead - picture is fine.
The AV expert at RA has just 'left for pastures new' and they don't really know what the problem could be.
Is likely to be a set-up issue with the TV - or a faulty cable?

sounds like you need to set the tv to accept rgb via the input you are using. most tvs are set to accept composti via scart out of the box. have a look in your tv menu and change the setting for that particular input . this should solve the problem.
